Registered Nurse LDRP Float Pool

Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to obstetrical patients across Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby units. Flex between units, facilities, and patient populations based on organizational needs and staffing demands. Quickly acclimate to varying workflows, staffing models, and unit cultures while maintaining high-quality patient care. Collaborate effectively with physicians, certified nurse midwives, neonatal teams, anesthesia providers, lactation consultants, and other interdisciplinary partners. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for peers while promoting teamwork and patient-centered care. Full-time night shift (7p-7a), 36 hours/week with flexible self-scheduling and one on-call shift per six weeks. Weekend and holiday commitment required.
