Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat assigned patients while administering nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled individuals. Monitor and report changes in symptoms or behavior, establish treatment plans, and communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care. Educate patients on health maintenance and facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medical records and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
