Job Summary
Provide direct labor and delivery care in a unit supporting 2,200 to 2,300 annual deliveries across 11 rooms and 2 operating rooms. Manage patient flow and support 16 hours of on-call duty within a 4-week schedule. Deliver comprehensive nursing care while adhering to safe patient handling protocols and maintaining great patient ratios. Participate in structured preceptorships and continuing education opportunities within a culture featuring shared governance and robust professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
- ADN
- Appropriate experience in specific clinical area
