Job Summary
Administer individualized age-appropriate patient care to neonates, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and adult patients under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and Vice President of Patient Care. Adhere to established nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act of Missouri while collaborating with the healthcare team. Maintain verbal and written communication skills to support patient outcomes. Work night shifts for 12 hours per shift with weekend and holiday rotation, totaling 72 hours per two-week pay period.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved professional nursing program
- BSN
- Licensed to practice as a RN in the State of Missouri
- BLS
- PALS or ACLS
- NRP
- Experience consistent with the Professional Advancement Program
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Able to collaborate with the healthcare team
- Night Shift
- 12 hours/shift
- Weekend/holiday rotation
- Full Time (72 hours per 2 week pay period)
