Job Summary
Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages, monitoring maternal and fetal well-being for complications. Assist with childbirth through coaching, positioning, and medication administration while collaborating with obstetricians to ensure safe birth experiences. Educate and support expectant mothers and families throughout the birthing process. Requires an active Texas RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring credentials with a minimum of one year in labor and delivery. Work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus contingent on an 18-month commitment. Relocation assistance is available.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- NRP, STABLE, Fetal Monitoring certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in labor and delivery
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)
