Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery with Full Time shift role in Bakersfield, CA. Provides direct patient care in the L&D unit, assesses patients, and interprets data to identify risks. Develops and implements individualized plans of care, prioritizes nursing actions, and documents care using the nursing process. Collaborates with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, participates in patient rounds and teaching, and ensures infection control and safety standards are followed. Requires RN licensure in California, two years of L&D experience, and BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program
- Valid California RN license (unrestricted)
- Two years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
