Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (Full time - Nights, 7PM - 7AM)

Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns from labor through immediate postpartum, including comprehensive assessment, monitoring of maternal and fetal status, administration of medications and pain relief, and coaching/emotional support. Collaborate with obstetricians and healthcare team to manage complications, educate families on labor and newborn care, maintain accurate medical records, prepare/maintain delivery rooms and equipment, and participate in unit quality/process improvement. Requires 80% walking/standing (up to 50 lbs) and 20% sitting; licensure as an Arkansas RN with CPR, and ACLS/NRP within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Arkansas RN license & CPR required
- ACLS and NRP within 90 days of hire
- Experience: available to experienced nurses only, women’s health preferred
