Job Summary
Implement comprehensive patient care plans and monitor conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes. Coordinate holistic care by integrating team efforts across disciplines and accurately recording physician orders while executing them promptly. Monitor and communicate changes in patient status to facilitate timely clinical decisions and proactively assess discharge planning needs for seamless transitions. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to provide continuous, well-coordinated care. Work full-time nights at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, as a licensed Registered Nurse with BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
