Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered labor and delivery care by following established clinical standards and evidence-based protocols. Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary teams, facilitate seamless communication, execute physician and nursing orders with precision, and lead discharge planning to ensure safe patient transitions. Requires Florida RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and a nursing diploma or equivalent licensure; 1–2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
- BLS Provider certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program OR active professional licensure at time of hire
