Job Summary
Implement comprehensive patient care plans and coordinate holistic care across all disciplines to ensure seamless transitions and optimal health outcomes. Monitor and accurately record changes in patient condition while executing direct physician orders to uphold safety and protocol standards. Proactively assess discharge planning needs and partner with the healthcare team to coordinate smooth, safe, and effective transitions of care. This role requires BLS certification and Oklahoma RN licensure for full-time night shifts at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
