Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care and coordinate competent, evidence-based care across the continuum. Conduct assessments, diagnoses, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in care planning and clinical decision-making, educate patients and families, and mentor team members to promote positive outcomes. Work two 12-hour night shifts per week, including Sundays and every third weekend, adhering to IU Health's Code of Ethics and accreditation standards. Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
- Active Indiana RN license or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Schedule: 2 x 12-hour night shifts per week, including two Sundays per schedule period and every third weekend
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- More than two years of acute care experience
