Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) performs ketamine infusion treatments and ketamine bolus treatments under physician supervision; answers patient questions regarding ketamine procedures in person and by phone; records care information accurately and timely; assists with department coverage; maintains treatment areas and supplies; coordinates with Ketamine Manager on supplies; respects patients' cultural and religious practices; punctual and dependable for shifts; educates patients and families to promote well-being; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Registered Nursing license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing
- IV experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal direct supervision
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
- HIPAA and HITECH compliance
- Ability to work independently and provide regular reports
