Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Joint Replacement Center at Unity Hospital (Rochester, NY). Provides high-quality, patient-centered clinical care, performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, documents and communicates with the interdisciplinary team, develops and documents individualized care plans, adheres to safety and documentation policies, completes a CRU form and ongoing continuing education, and maintains BLS certification. Requires Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing and NYS RN licensure with BLS; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred. Night shift (7 pm–7 am), full-time (36 hours/week) with every other weekend and holiday. Salary range listed; Rochester location with hospital-based responsibilities and Joint Commission/Blue Distinction-accredited Joint Replacement Center.{
Required Qualifications
