Job Summary
Facilitate individualized physical, psychological, social, and spiritual nursing care for patients, relatives, and carers while prioritizing needs in line with available resources. Work within a skill-mixed team to promote patient dignity and ensure equality and diversity are priorities. Undertake comprehensive palliative care assessments and agree on patient-centered care plans based on clear goals. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their preferred place of care. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.)
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
- B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program
- A valid nursing license
