Registered Nurse - ITU

Registered Nurse for ITU at The Park Hospital in Nottingham (37.5 hours, full-time). Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, recognise condition changes, and escalate using clinical judgment. Administer medications safely per hospital policies and the NMC Code. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with NMC standards and hospital policies. Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns. Work with a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Proficient with IT systems used for patient records and care planning. Previous experience in relevant specialties is desirable.
