Job Summary
Per diem Registered Nurse in Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU) providing safe, effective nursing care and applying the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; directs assigned unlicensed assistive personnel; collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes; contributes to safety and high-quality patient experience; shift hours include 1900-0730 and 0700-1930 with some weekends; NICU/ISCU experience and IL RN licensure required with BLS/CPR certification; BSN strongly preferred; NLN-accredited program graduate.
Required Qualifications
- Education: NLN accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
- License: Current IL RN license
- Experience: 2+ years ISCU/NICU experience
- Unique/Preferred Skills: NICU/ISCU experience
