Job Summary
Per diem Registered Nurse for ISCU/NICU providing safe, effective nursing care with emphasis on neonatal infant support. Independently implement the nursing process, guide unlicensed personnel, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and high-quality experience. Responsibilities include planning and evaluating care, communicating across the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to patient safety. Schedule includes 1900-0730 and 0700-1930 with some weekends; BSN preferred; opportunities for premium pay and career growth are described.
Required Qualifications
- NLN accredited nursing program
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
- Current IL RN license
- 2+ years ISCU/NICU experience
