Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Requires BLS certification within 30 days of hire and Wisconsin RN licensure prior to hire. Day shift full-time position at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee facility.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire
