Job Summary
Registered Nurse provides highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients in Interventional Radiology, using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver age-appropriate care. Requires BSN preferred, current BLS certification, and a Texas nursing license or eligibility; at least 6 months of RN experience. The role emphasizes communication, collaboration, accountability, patient experience improvement, proactive professional growth, and building a winning team in a Magnet-designated hospital setting at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
