Job Summary
Registered Nurse delivers highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients in Interventional Radiology, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) and directing/supervising other team members while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Responsibilities include clear communication, relationship-building to promote collaboration, accountability for performance, initiative for professional growth, and engagement to support a high-quality patient experience. This role is with Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital with a robust nursing program and recognized as a top place to work in healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility
- Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
- BSN preferred
