Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care per unit standards. Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative for professional growth to improve the patient experience. Work 10X4 day shifts from 0700-1730 Monday through Friday, with call requirements for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current additional certifications as required by department
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
