Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs throughout interventional radiology procedures; collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care; support therapeutic interventions using advanced imaging and evidence-based clinical practices; uphold patient safety, comfort, and education before, during, and after procedures. Schedule includes 4-10 hour shifts with required overnight and weekend on-call rotations for IR, Trauma, and Vascular procedures; on-call response requires arrival within 30 minutes; location at St. Marys Regional Hospital, Grand Junction, CO; weekly hours 40; hourly range $36.71-$56.17.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- RNs with fewer than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four (4) years of their hire date
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - The BSN requirement applies to all employees hired or promoted on or after 4/27/2025; those hired or promoted earlier are held to the requirements in place at that time
