Job Summary
RN in Mayo Clinic's Nursing Enterprise Staffing Pool provides staffing support across Mayo Clinic sites (Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin) and travels to various locations. Responsible for coordinating nursing care, direct patient care, and patient/family education; supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and continuum of care; leads and mentors staff, participates in quality improvement, and delegates patient care based on skill, experience, patient acuity, and resources. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability; travel to multiple locations is routine. Eligible for TN sponsorship; requires applicable state licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- One year of RN experience required
- Current multi-state RN licenses: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Arizona and Florida
- BLS certification
- Ability to obtain state licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent certification for TN sponsorship
