Job Summary
Provide emergency nursing care for patients across all ages in a 48-bed ER unit handling medical, surgical, and mental health needs with acuity ranging from basic issues to level 1 trauma. Maintain valid Indiana RN licensure, CPR certification, and physical ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds while communicating effectively with patients and staff. Participate in clinical onboarding, orientation, and the eXceed competency advancement program. This role offers a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment up to $30,000, and tuition assistance within Parkview Regional Medical Center's Magnet-recognized team.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist with 100 pounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills
