Registered Nurse Internal Float

Deliver high-quality, adaptable nursing care across diverse, fast-paced environments including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Headache units. Assess, implement, and monitor comprehensive patient care plans while communicating critical shifts in patient condition to ensure timely interventions. Serve as the central care coordinator across multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes and continuity of care in high-acuity settings. Requires three years of medical surgical or telemetry RN experience, Illinois RN licensure, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Day shift PRN schedule at Ascension Saint Joseph.
