Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct care teams through delegation, coordinate patient care delivery, and manage resources while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Perform physical assessments, administer therapeutic interventions, and revise care plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and strong manual dexterity for patient transfers and equipment handling. Includes a 10k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for experienced nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
