Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care by performing physical, social, and psychological assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Direct care delivery through delegation, coordination, and resource management while setting priorities and managing time and supplies. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Requires a current state license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; experience under 12 months mandates BSN acquisition within four years. Located at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, this role offers a weekly schedule of 36 hours with an hourly range of $37.45 to $57.29. Includes a 10k sign-on bonus and/or relocation for experienced nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
