Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic interventions. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and support staff while delegating tasks and managing patient priorities. Develop individualized care plans involving patient and family education, and document all interactions accurately within legal and ethical standards. Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
