Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient delivery while managing time and resources. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all activities. Maintain legal and ethical standards by practicing within licensure scope and promoting professional development. This role requires a current Registered Nurse license with a BSN, Basic Life Support certification, and the ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate busy hospital environments. Located at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, the position offers a weekly schedule of 36 hours and a salary range of $37.45 to $57.29. A 10k sign-on bonus or relocation assistance is available for experienced nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified

Desired Qualifications
