Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient delivery. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree. Located at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO, with 36 weekly hours and a salary range of $37.45–$57.29. Offers a 10k sign-on bonus or relocation for experienced nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
