Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient delivery while managing time and resources. Evaluate patient response to interventions, revise care plans, and ensure accurate documentation of all activities. Maintain legal and ethical standards, promote professional development, and provide patient education and referrals. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45-$57.29 hourly with a 10k sign-on bonus or relocation assistance. Located at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
