Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practice. Direct interdisciplinary teams through delegation and collaboration while setting priorities to manage time, supplies, and resources effectively. Document care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, families, and support staff to develop individualized care plans and coordinate patient education and referrals. This role requires a current Registered Nurse license with BLS certification and a BSN degree. Located at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, the position offers a weekly schedule of 36 hours with an hourly range of $37.45 to $57.29. Experienced nurses may qualify for a 10k sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
