Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Unit, Per Diem Level I, Days at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities include patient assessment and collection of health data, coordinating patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe and timely, clear communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, individualized patient and family teaching based on assessed needs, participation in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice, and maintaining current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations. Requires either an Associate's degree or BSN and current Illinois RN licensure with American Heart Association CPR certification. Per diem schedule includes 7:00am–7:30pm shifts with at least 48 hours every 6 weeks and weekend hours as needed. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois

- Per Diem Level I — must be able to work at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, 24 of those hours on weekend time if needed
