Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit - FT Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while adhering to unit standards of care. Supervise assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver age-appropriate care. Ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication and IV administration, and maintain complete, accurate patient information through written communication. Communicate openly with team members, co-workers, patients, and families to evaluate understanding and build a collaborative environment. Take personal responsibility for professional growth and performance, always seeking ways to improve the patient experience. Work nights in a 443-bed acute care hospital serving Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas.
