Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit - FT Days

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and IVs safely while maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate care and supervise assigned team members. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information and educational processes. Work 36 hours per week across three shifts. Requires a current Texas RN license, BSN preferred, and minimum 12 months of RN experience.
