Registered Nurse, Intermediate Care

Assess patients by integrating subjective and objective data to determine immediate and future care needs, then collaborate with support systems to establish individualized care plans. Administer medication therapies, perform routine nursing care including IVs and dressing changes, and respond effectively to critical situations such as CPR while safely transferring and transporting patients. Act as a patient advocate by educating the team and ensuring timely completion of nursing and medical treatments, continuously modifying the plan of care based on patient progress and interdisciplinary input. Requires current RN licensure, one year of acute nursing experience, and one year of Intermediate Care or PCU experience. Full-time, 0.9 FTE, 72 hours per two weeks, 12-hour night shift.
