Registered Nurse Intermediate Care

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care for patients and their support systems while collaborating with physicians and team members. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey or supporting a peaceful death. Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures. Requires one year of acute nursing experience, current RN licensure, and BLS certification.
