Registered Nurse Intermediate Care

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and advanced therapies, and monitor cardiac rhythms for patients requiring higher-level monitoring than traditional medical-surgical units. Manage diverse cases involving cardiac conditions, respiratory illnesses, sepsis, stroke, renal disorders, and post-procedural recovery while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Establish personalized relationships with patients and support systems to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. This full-time day shift role at Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center requires current RN licensure, one year of acute nursing experience, and BLS certification.
