REGISTERED NURSE in Intermediate Care provides highly professional, technically advanced nursing care using the nursing process, with direct and indirect patient care, supervising other team members, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Responsible for clear communication, building relationships, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, administering medications and IV treatments, and contributing to continuous improvement of the patient experience.
