Registered Nurse- Intermediate Care

Demonstrates strong assessment skills to uncover patient stories by integrating subjective and objective data, physical and psychosocial factors, and learning needs. Collaborates with patients and support systems to identify priorities, incorporate preferences into individualized care plans, and engage the interdisciplinary team to set realistic goals. Administers medication therapies, provides routine nursing care including IVs and dressing changes, and responds effectively in critical situations such as CPR. Continuously assesses patient progress toward goals, seeking input from patients and support systems to modify care plans as needed. Requires current RN licensure, one year of acute nursing experience, and preferred Intermediate Care or PCU experience. Schedule is PRN at 0.03 FTE.
