Job Summary
RN in-home care role providing direct patient care per the provider's plan of care, including assessing patient conditions, documenting vitals and test results, administering medications and IV fluids, wound care, and collaborating with providers and other health professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes. Requires an RN license in the state of assignment and an ADN/AAS; flexible FT/PT/PRN scheduling and in-home care across the Charleston, WV area.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required
- Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
