Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role requires an Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or AAS, a current unrestricted RN license, and reliable transportation. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available with no overtime required. Interim HealthCare supports a patient-centric approach to help clients find peace during their most complicated times.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
