Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, daily pay, and no overtime requirement. Candidates must hold a current unrestricted RN license and CPR/AED/BLS certification. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred.
