Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, report changes, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. Schedule options include 5AM-3PM or 10PM-10AM shifts with no overtime required. Current unrestricted RN licensure and CPR/AED/BLS certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
