Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Obtain comprehensive patient data from the patient, family, and healthcare providers to develop a holistic picture of needs. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and conditions relevant to care, then collaborate with the interprofessional team to identify optimal outcomes. Develop and implement care plans using clinical judgment to promote a safe environment, while evaluating progress toward goals and maintaining current knowledge and competence. Communicate effectively across all practice areas and integrate best evidence into critical care nursing based on patient-specific clinical needs. Work in a constant state of alertness, performing other duties as assigned. Requires a Registered Nurse license and BLS/ALS certification; night shift rotation with 36 weekly hours.

- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
