Job Summary
Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and perform patient care tasks while delegating duties to nursing assistants. Consult with the health care team to ensure optimal outcomes and supervise other patient care staff. Utilize the nursing process in compliance with policies, rules, and guidelines. Provide patient-centered care with compassion and empathy as a flexible, team-oriented leader within the Intensive Care Unit.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various Associate Degree
