REGISTERED NURSE - INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age and developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly and openly to build relationships that promote a collaborative environment, always seeking ways to improve the patient experience. Maintain accountability for performance and take initiative for professional growth as part of an engaged, winning team. Work the 7pm–7am shift at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital serving as the only adult Level I Trauma Center in southern Dallas.
