Job Summary
ICU RN with part-time night shifts at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, supervising LPNs/CNAs, participating in clinical team conferences, and ensuring adherence to evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines. Requires BSN within 4 years (or prior exemptions), Montana RN licensure, BLS on hire, ACLS within 9 months, TNCC/TCAR within 12 months, and ICU/CCU experience is highly preferred. Shift details include nights with weekends and holidays on a rotating basis; department includes ICU with floating to med/surg based on census; salary range listed as hourly with a stated range across 24 scheduled hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- BSN Degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
- Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification upon hire
- ACLS required within 9 months of hire for all ICU/ED RN’s
- TNCC or TCAR within 12 months of transfer or hire for all ICU/ED/RNs
- Must maintain TNCC/TCAR or an equivalent that is recognized by the American College of Surgeons.
