Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU at St James Hospital in Butte, MT with floating to med/surg based on census. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care; utilizing nursing process and evidence-based practice; coordinating with health-team members; overseeing care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs; participating in clinical team conferences; adhering to evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines; working part-time night shifts with weekends/holidays rotating; multiple duties including documentation, patient care, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- BSN Degree* from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
- Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification upon hire.
- ACLS required within 9 months of hire for all ICU/ED RN’s
- TNCC or TCAR within 12 months of transfer or hire for all ICU/ED/RNs.
