Registered Nurse - Intensive Care(Telemetry) - Hospital - 140K+/yr

Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, and implement patient care plans to optimize outcomes and transitions across the continuum. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions while maintaining essential competencies required by the Nurse Practice Act. Advocate for ethical, holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote patient autonomy and dignity. Lead and coordinate the inter-professional care team, appropriately delegating tasks and collaborating as an equal member. Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and the nursing staff. Accountable for safety, integrating evidence-based practice to improve patient, self, and environmental safety. Requires a Washington Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and one year of ICU Telemetry experience.
